Bald eagles, manatees, alligators, turtles, otters and deer are just a some of the natives you could encounter. In fact, Lake Jesup is famed for having the highest population of alligators of any lake in Florida. Seminole County is also home to many stops along the Great Florida Birding Trail, an excellent venue for spotting rare and exotic birds.
